All our mirrors are handmade from premium brass. As a result, minor natural variations in finish, texture, and tone are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects — they are a mark of authenticity.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Orders & Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Orders are dispatched subject to stock availability. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Cartivo is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
